Located at (approximately) 320-330 Route 59 in the Thruway Shopping Plaza, easy access from the Garden State Parkway and New York State Thruway in the heart of Rockland County. Two choices here… our Park Avenue Teletheatre has an admission charge, but no surcharge on winnings! Comfortable seating, many screens to view the races, self service terminals and friendly staff are at your service! Racing publications and beverage/snack service also available! Our Nanuet OTB branch, adjacent to the teletheatre, has free entry with seating, televisions, snack vending machines, friendly day time staff and self service terminals!
