• SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT - At Interbets.com, click on the "Register Now" link at the top right corner of the home page. Select "Yes" to let us know you have an existing account. For added security you will set up an additional username and password.  Now you're ready to use the new online wagering system and mobile app.
• Once you have consented to using your OTB account online and updated your account information, you can login using your username and on-line password.  (Not to be confused with your “code word” requested when speaking with our operators.)

All Interbets and Catskill OTB account holders are eligible for an Interbets Player’s Card.  Some benefits include the ability to use self serve terminals at Catskill OTB branch locations for account deposits, withdrawals and wagers. To open an account you must read and accept the Interbets/Catskill OTB Account Wagering Rules, register on line or fill out an application, submit a copy of proper identification to verify your age, and affirm residency of New York State and make an initial deposit of $10 dollars or more. Patrons must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age to wager in your state of residency. Click here for Account Wagering Rules and application form. Acceptable Forms of Identification

A copy of a government issued identification (consistent with US Department of Justice Employment Verification Form I9) containing photo, name and address must be provided.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

• Valid Drivers License
• State Issued ID
• Passport ID
• Alien Registration Card
• Birth Certificate

Acceptable forms of social security include:

• Social security card
• Recent pay stub containing social security number
• Social security or retirement check/stub with social security number
• Recent tax bill with social security number
• Official military documents with social security number, credit bureau report (Experian, Equifax, Trans Union)

Signature Verification: You must submit either a driver’s license or social security card, or an additional government document containing your signature for verification purposes.

Account holder’s residency and social security number will be verified prior to account opening.  All copies should be legible to avoid delays.

Minimum opening deposits are $10.  Initial deposits can be made with cash, check, money order, ACH on line, OTBPay, or  via credit card online or offline.   Immediate withdrawals and deposits can be made in person at Catskill OTB branch locations or by simply requesting a withdrawal through e-mail or facsimile to Customer Service.  A check will be sent to the address on the account.Personal Check and Money Order Deposit Requirements or Credit Card (PDF Format).

Direct ACH (Automated Clearing House) funds transfer allows you to transfer funds from your bank account to your Interbets/Catskill OTB wagering account. You do not need to pre-register. The bank account must be in your name.  You simply need your bank name, routing and account number, which is available on your bank checks or statement. OTBPay ACH transfers are also available offline at 1-866-562-3682.

Yes.  Your browser and our web servers are linked through a secure connection, and all data is encrypted.  Your ACH request is transmitted to the banking network through a secure encrypted network.  We never keep your account details on our servers or databases.

ACH funds transfer is available on-line at Interbets.com or with OTBPay by calling 1-866-LOAD-OTB (866-562-3682) or (614-328-8898). After “first time login”, which requires you to consent to using Interbets.com, and setting up a unique on-line password, log in to your Interbets/Catskill OTB Account number with your password.

“On hold” ACH funds will be credited to your Interbets account at 12 noon on the 6^th bank day after the request is made. If the request is made after 9:30 pm delayed funds may be delayed.

New York State Gaming Commission regulations limit your ability to cancel wagers, depending on the amount of the wager and the proximity to pool closing time.  Typically, once a wager is confirmed and sent to into the pools, internet wagers cannot be canceled.  At branch locations, there are certain cancel prohibitions for wagers over $500 (per single selection) win, place, show betting; or over $50 (per one combination) on another pool (double, exacta, quinella, trifecta, etc.  Other wagers may be cancelled prior to pool closing by calling 1-800-832-5285.

Entries:  Select a track name from the left column. The track's entries for the next race will be displayed in the center section of your screen.

Changes:  If there are any changes the "program changes" link in the upper, left corner of the entries box will be highlighted to alert you.

Results:  Get results of previous races by selecting the race number of earlier races above the entries box. Find previous days results and replays in the "Bet Now" drop down menu at the top of the screen.

 

No.  Using your Interbets Player card, you can use the same account number and PIN to wager through self-service machines at Catskill OTB branches and self service terminals in OTB partner restaurant and bar locations.  You can also wager with  Catskill OTB  with live operators.

All winning wagers placed through Interbets.com website will receive track prices.   In addition, track prices are paid on all accounts that are opened as “no surcharge”, with $300 designated from the account as escrow, through each venue:

• Internet account wagering through Interbets.com
• account wagering at all Catskill OTB locations utilizing the Interbets Players card at self serve machines with your designated “no surcharge” accounts
• account wagering through live operators

Otherwise, a surcharge on winnings is only applied on non-internet wagering through a traditional account with no monies ($300) held in escrow.
