If I have a Catskill OTB telephone betting account, can I use the same account to wager online?
Yes! Simply click here to register your account for on line access!
- UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO – Contact customer service at 1-888 FUN2BET to confirm/update your account information, confirm your PIN (personal identification number) and to receive your Interbets Player’s Card.
- SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT - At Interbets.com, click on the "Register Now" link at the top right corner of the home page. Select "Yes" to let us know you have an existing account. For added security you will set up an additional username and password. Now you're ready to use the new online wagering system and mobile app.
- Once you have consented to using your OTB account online and updated your account information, you can login using your username and on-line password. (Not to be confused with your “code word” requested when speaking with our operators.)
What is the Interbets Player’s Card?
How do I open an Interbets/Catskill OTB account to wager at Interbets.com?
To open an account you must read and accept the Interbets/Catskill OTB Account Wagering Rules, register on line or fill out an application, submit a copy of proper identification to verify your age, and affirm residency of New York State and make an initial deposit of $10 dollars or more. Patrons must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age to wager in your state of residency. Click here for Account Wagering Rules and application form. When complete, you may submit it in one of the following ways:

Acceptable Forms of Identification
A copy of a government issued identification (consistent with US Department of Justice Employment Verification Form I9) containing photo, name and address must be provided.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- Valid Drivers License
- State Issued ID
- Passport ID
- Alien Registration Card
- Birth Certificate
Acceptable forms of social security include:
- Social security card
- Recent pay stub containing social security number
- Social security or retirement check/stub with social security number
- Recent tax bill with social security number
- Official military documents with social security number, credit bureau report (Experian, Equifax, Trans Union)

Signature Verification: You must submit either a driver’s license or social security card, or an additional government document containing your signature for verification purposes.
Account holder’s residency and social security number will be verified prior to account opening. All copies should be legible to avoid delays.

Entries: Select a track name from the left column. The track's entries for the next race will be displayed in the center section of your screen.
Changes: If there are any changes the "program changes" link in the upper, left corner of the entries box will be highlighted to alert you.
Results: Get results of previous races by selecting the race number of earlier races above the entries box. Find previous days results and replays in the "Bet Now" drop down menu at the top of the screen.

What happens to any uncashed tickets after November 30th?
Any uncashed tickets or vouchers not requiring IRS reporting may be cashed at our partner OTB sports bars/restaurants where purchased, or by mail to Customer Service, P.O. Box 3000, Pomona, NY 10970. Send your ticket, include your name, return address and phone number and a check will be mailed to you. As always and in accordance with NYS law, any tickets purchased in 2024 can only be cashed through March 31, 2025.
What happens to any money in my account after November 30th?
A Withdrawal from your account can be made several different and convenient ways. Once you are logged into your account, just click the “Wager Now” tab and scroll down to ‘Withdrawals’ and follow the simple instructions to execute a check or ACH withdrawal.
ACH - If you previously made a successful deposit from your bank account via ACH transfer, you can withdraw funds via ACH withdrawal, directly into your checking account. If you haven’t done an ACH transfer previously, you must first have a verifiable bank account registered by executing a successful deposit for as little as $10. Once your bank account is registered, you can withdraw your Interbets funds direct into your bank account.
Check – If you prefer a check withdrawal, select that option and input the amount for withdrawal. If will immediately be withdrawn from your Interbets account and a check will be mailed shortly thereafter.
Checks will be mailed to the primary address on file for the account.
Is there a way to get a physical check rather than electronic transfer?
Simply click “check withdrawal”, and we will send a check to the primary address on file. If you are unable to login, you can also request a withdrawal by email to customerservice@interbets.com.
Include your account number and or username and contact information in your email.
What if I forgot my login credentials?
If you remember your username, but forgot your password, just click the button to reset your password. A verification code will be sent to the email address on file. Otherwise, you can send an email to customerservice@interbets.com, include any contact and account information and we can assist you.
What will happen to my private information that Catskill OTB/Interbets has?
Your information will remain safe and secure and will not be sold or otherwise distributed to any third party without notice.
What will happen to my funds if I do nothing?
If we do not receive a request to withdraw funds, all accounts with a balance of $5.00 or more will be sent a check for the balance to the address on file. As always, and in accordance with New York State law, funds in accounts that have been inactive for three calendar years must be remitted to New York State annually.
Will I still be able to make bets at my regular restaurants/bar locations?
No. All betting will cease by end of day November 30, 2024.
