VOLUNTARY LIMITS ON ACCOUNT WAGERING/SELF-EXCLUSION FROM ALL GAMING FACILITIES AND ENTITIES LICENSED, PERMITTED OR REGISTERED BY THE NEW YORK STATE GAMING COMMISSION.

Interbets/Catskill OTB Account Wagering follows the New York Gaming Commission rules regarding patron self-exclusion.

The Interbets/OTB experience should be enjoyable, but for some, it may result in problems from gambling activities.

All customers are urged to bet within your limits.  If you suspect you have a gambling problem, you may request a voluntary New York Statewide self-exclusion from all gaming entities licensed, permitted or registered by the New York State Gaming Commission.  You must complete the form below, and if mailing, have the form notarized and attach a photo ID.  You can also obtain the form from OTB customerservice@interbets.com.

You may also request to place a limit on the amount of daily or weekly wagering in your wagering account.  Please contact customer service for more information on self exclusion and voluntary limits on wagering accounts.
